Flooring Warming System

SmartRooms Floor Warming System is perfect for both remodeling projects and new construction, as it can be utilized with virtually any floor covering. Spacing strips are placed on each side of the room and heating cable is threaded back and forth across the area to be warmed. Then, a self-leveling concrete or thin set is poured over the cable. The floor covering of choice is installed directly on the concrete. This type of thermal comfort system stores energy beneath the floor that can be used to supplement primary heating systems in places such as kitchens, bathrooms and entrances. It is energy efficient and safe, increasing heating comfort, while providing flexible comfort zoning.
